Sheila is a NASM certified personal trainer, Nutritional Coach, and Yoga Instructor who has been designing specialized and unique workouts for individuals since 2006. She is a certified Correctional Exercise Specialist (CES), Pre and Post Natal Trainer, Conditioning Specialist, Z-Health enthusiast, and Neuromuscular Stretching Specialist. She holds a degree in Writing, Literature and Publishing from Emerson College.
Sheila received her 200-hour yoga certification from Radiant Yoga School in 2010, and then completed a second 200-hour yoga teacher training from New School of Yoga under Goldie Graham, Tatyana Souza, and Laura Aherns in 2016. In class, she teaches vinyasa (flow) yoga with an emphasis or rhythm and music. Privately, she designs yoga sequences tailored for an individual’s needs and tastes.
